Finally another academic year has come to an end…and this time it was the last one!
After thirteen years, the time has finally come. The last bell of my entire school career.
I know for a fact that the next three years in University are going to be totally different: no bell, no need to wake up at 6 am every single day, more spare time and more people.
To be honest, I still have to pass my final exams, but I am feeling quite confident right now and I don’t want to think about them…yet. I still have 12 days until they start.
It didn’t feel like the last one. It felt just like an ordinary last day of a school year, but not like the final day of High School. It felt exactly the same: same people, same teachers, lots of cakes, lots of sports…
The only difference was that we ate a cake with our teachers when everybody else left and that as we got out of the fence somebody took out two bottles of wine. Then we spent the entire afternoon sunbathing, swimming and having fun at one of my classmate’s house.
And what about the end of the summer?
I still haven’t booked my holidays since I don’t know what I would like to do. I will have to move to London in August or September to go to university and who knows what I’ll find there.
But right now, the only thing I want to do is relax before the exams and enjoy the summer afterwards because school’s out and nothing can spoil my mood.
